When we unpack the reasons that people lack financial confidence, we have discovered a few consistent reasons:
Many Australians are time poor. They are dedicated to their family and career and have little time for wealth maximisation.
Many Australians lack financial education. We are not taught wealth maximisation strategies at school, and to our detriment many of us take advice from our parents, family or friends. Quite often the person giving the advice has no financial qualification and has not achieved financial freedom.
Many Australians do not have a Trusted Adviser. With horror stories hitting the news headlines over the years, and the Royal Commission into the banking sector which lead to the closure of almost all bank Financial Planning departments there is no surprise that people are unsure on who to trust.

Natalie Virr has been looking after our superannuation for several years. I transferred my superannuation investment to Dane and Vanessa at Positive Dynamics back in November 2017 and have never regretted that move. I had another financial planner looking after my share portfolio and super fund but nothing much was going on. Not much obvious growth. But I was still paying them the same fees as I do now.A friend recommended Vanessa from Positive Dynamics to me about 4 years ago and since she has been looking after my affairs, I haven’t looked back.My super funds have grown very substantially and there’s nothing I like more than logging into my account and see how much I make each day! Vanessa even lets me keep a few shares that she says are duds but I still hold out hope for!Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at PD.
